You actually consume all kinds of food:
Physical food
when you eat a salad, drink a green smoothie, or pasta you eat physical food that in itself affect you on three levels.
A. The lowest portion is the fiber and other gross parts that help your body in the process of digestion,
B. The nourishing portion is the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, carbohydrates etc...And
C. The higher portion is the energy level inherent in every food item. Remember how you feel when you eat an apple or drink a green juice or smoothie and than remember how you feel after a stake and potatoes meal.
Mental food
It is simple we even coined the fraise "food for thoughts" Whatever you expose your senses and your mind to, will effect you! No ifs or buts! It will effect you guaranty! Now think of the movies, music, people, etc... That surrounds you on a daily basis and you may want to make some changes that will influence your mental health and clarity more positively to educe balance and peace of mind, of which the experience of happiness is the result.
Spiritual Food
To be connected to the source of all of creation is to be alive energized, centered, purposeful and...Healthy!
Disconnect from it and you will experience emptiness, confusion, lack of direction, loneliness and...Ill Health.
